Founded in 2024 by licensed agent Preston Lee Cook, PLC Health Advisory is fully dedicated to providing high quality insurance consulting, coverage planning, localized fitness program referrals, and building the perfect health insurance policies for our clients. We have a broad network of wellness experts in the Central Tennessee area and are rapidly expanding! We care about all aspects of health, from preventative checkups, fitness planning, nutritional education, medical science news updates, and protecting families from financial problems during critical medical experiences. Whatever your needs, we are here to help.

Our Founder

Preston Cook was born and raised in the small town of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He grew up with many passions like playing baseball, fishing with his grandpa, biking with his family, and participating in church outreach projects. In 2017 he moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a musical career. However, after a happy few years of chasing dreams and playing many styles of music, he found himself longing for a more fulfilling future aimed at outreach. So, in early 2024 he became a licensed independent contractor, joined The Montague Agency in downtown Nashville, and started PLC Health Advisory. In recent days, he's grown his consulting network to include personal trainers, local specialists, nutritionists, and many other wellness experts.
